Effective date: August 4, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between BAWAIN, independently operated by 최호영, a national of the Republic of Korea ("the Operator"), and users in connection with the use of the trip itinerary management service ("the Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means all itinerary creation, management, sharing features, and related add-on functions provided by the Operator.
- "User" means a member who uses the Service under these Terms.
- "Trip" means a unit of itinerary data created by a user within the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
The Operator publishes these Terms on the Service's initial screen or a dedicated page. The Operator may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will announce any changes at least 7 days in advance (30 days if the change is disadvantageous to users), specifying the effective date and reason for the change.
Article 4 (Account Registration)
- Users apply for registration by entering a username, password, and email according to the procedure set by the Operator.
- The Operator approves registration through an email verification process.
- Persons under the age of 14 may not register.
- If a user misuses another person's information or provides false information, the Operator may terminate or restrict the use agreement.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
- Users are responsible for managing their own username and password, and may not transfer or lend them to third parties.
- Users may not collect or store other people's personal information without authorization, or use the Service in ways that harm others.
- Users may not engage in acts prohibited by applicable law or these Terms (unauthorized access attempts, service interference, copyright infringement, etc.).
Article 6 (Provision and Modification of the Service)
The Operator strives to provide a stable service, but the Service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, server failure, natural disasters, or other causes. The Operator may change or discontinue the content of the Service and will provide advance notice when doing so.
Article 7 (User-Generated Content)
- Copyright in trip itineraries, notes, images, and other content entered by users into the Service belongs to the respective user.
- The Operator uses user content only within the scope necessary to provide the Service (sharing among trip members, on-screen display, etc.).
- Users must hold legitimate rights to the content they post and must not post content that infringes the rights of others.
Article 8 (Termination and Restriction of Use)
Users may terminate the use agreement at any time via the "Delete Account" feature in the app. If a user violates these Terms, the Operator may restrict use of the Service or terminate the agreement after prior notice.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
The Operator is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, user error, or circumstances attributable to third parties (telecommunications carriers, email delivery services, etc.). Responsibility for the accuracy of trip information entered by a user rests with that user.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes related to these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction follows applicable law.
